Every wondered how you’d stack up against the original Crossfit Games competitors? This is your chance to find out. On September 23rd & 24th we’ll be recreating the 1st Crossfit Games. On Friday you’ll do a challenging 3.3 mile run which will include steep hills and some trail sections. Saturday there will be a Crossfit Total and a chipper consisting of a 1K row followed by 5 rounds of 25 pullups and 7 push jerks (135/95).
Saturday, 15 October 5:30pm
Each runner will register as either UNDEAD or HUMAN. The Humans will be given a two-minute head start at the beginning of the race and will want to be prepared to RUN FOR THEIR LIVES as the UNDEAD pursue them for five full kilometers.
