For those of you working on the Inner Olympian Challenge we have another chance to earn 10 bonus points. All you have to do is eat 100% primal, all week. To earn the points you must not have ANY cheat meals. This is your chance to step up and really go for it. If you have any questions about what is and isn’t paleo, ask Dr. Andy. He will be the final referee. Basically you can eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and NO sugar. Do you dare?
