Thanksgiving Day we will meet at the gym at 9:00 for our annual attempt at the 12 Tasks of Heracles!  Will you be the first to accomplish it UNSCALED? 

Friday we will have a 12:30 workout

Saturday will be the normal 7:00 and 8:00am classes

Family and friends are welcome at all holiday events.

Tabata Fight Gone Bad

Intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Perform 8 consecutive 20 second intervals of each of the following exercises:

  1. Wall-ball 14/20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
  2. Sumo deadlift high-pull 75 pounds (Reps)
  3. Box Jump 20″/24″ box (Reps)
  4. Push-press 75 pounds (Reps)
  5. Row (Calories)

There is no additional rest between exercises.

Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals.
The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

Post total reps and reps per round.
