Friday we will have a 12:30 workout
Saturday will be the normal 7:00 and 8:00am classes
Family and friends are welcome at all holiday events.
Squat Cleans

Intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Perform 8 consecutive 20 second intervals of each of the following exercises:
There is no additional rest between exercises.
Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals.
The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.
Post total reps and reps per round.

3 Deadlifts
6 Turkish Get-ups (3 per side)
Max Rep Handstand Push-ups
Record Weights and HSPU reps
5 Rounds of 7 continuous reps of:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press

Push Press
Rest anywhere other than the ground during each round. Rest as needed between rounds.
