Workout of the Day

As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
 
1 Thruster (95/65)
1 Kettlebell Swing (53/35)
 
Increase by 1 rep each round.
 
For example…round 3 would have 3 Thrusters and 3 Kettlebell Swings.
