Handstand push ups
Thrusters (95/135)
Knees to Elbow
Deadlift (165/245)
Burpees
KB Swing
Pull Ups

Each movement lasts for 1 minute.  Keep a running count of total reps for the entire round.
Rest 1 minute then do it again.
