Welcome to CrossFit Mt Olympus Buddy Week. Bring friends, family, or someone who owes you money and needs to feel uncomfortable for an hour.
All WODs this week will be done in teams. Visitors are welcome.
Power WOD
3 sets of:
3 Back Squat @ 90% of 1rm
Max Rep Pull-ups
CrossFit WOD
Team Nancy Relay
In teams of 2 or 3, do as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 2 x 50m sprint
- 4 Overhead Squats (65#/95#)
Only one athlete may be doing either exercise at a given time. (If you finish the run while your teammate is doing squats, you must wait for them to finish.)
