Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (55/75#)
Box Jumps (20/24″)
Push Press (55/75#)
Double Unders
Wallball Shots (14/20#)
Only 1 person at a time may excercise.
Rest 1 Minute and repeat. Record TOTAL reps for the entire workout
