Kristie was extremely apprehensive about competing in the CrossFit games this month but because of all her hard work over the last 6 months at Mount Olympus she conquered! She completed all of her workouts as prescribed. As little as one month ago Kristie was using bands for pull ups but last week in the 12.5 WOD (thrusters and chest to bars) Kristie over came pull-ups and was able to hit her chest to the bar with over 30 reps! Great work adding 33 pounds to your crossfit total in 3 months, that all by itself, is amazing.
Kristie also peeled away nearly 6 minutes off of her Karen time in less that 6 months when she killed the 12.4 WOD with an outstanding score of 166! Kristie, I thought you couldn’t do double unders?
Kristie as humble as she is, has every reason to shout out about her accomplishments; but since she won’t, we will!
Every stumbling block in Kristie’s path she has overcome. Keep up the great work Kristie, you are awesome!
