Is CrossFit Mt Olympus the right fitness program to help me?

CrossFit is an effective fitness program, but it isn’t for everybody. I will buy you a $60 one-on-one  Intro session with one of our certified CrossFit trainers to ensure the answer is a resounding YES before you start training with us.  Every CrossFit is individually owned and operated, so it is important you find one that suits your personality.  We focus on busy adults with limited time who recognize that fit people are better at life, less stressed, and more successful.  We help people of all ages and fitness levels, but only train people who are a good fit with our mission. If being being leaner, faster and stronger interests you,  you may a good candidate for CrossFit Mt Olympus.

The CrossFit methodology works, but it isn’t for everyone.  If CrossFit isn’t for you, there are a number of gyms and programs on the east side of Salt Lake City who offer fitness training to which you may be better suited  Click here for a map.  When you are ready for a program based on results, come see us.

How much will it cost?

We minimize your cost for a premier program by training in small groups. We ensure it will cost enough to motivate you to regularly show up.
You should be certain CrossFit is for you, so we offer a $75 Foundations package for new prospects.  This includes four Foundations of CrossFit classes and two weeks of regular CrossFit classes.
If you enroll in a regular training program during  your Foundations training, I’ll credit the $75 towards your first month.

Cost of CrossFit classes vs. Personal training

  • A quality personal trainer costs at least $60 per hour training session (a whopping $720 per month).
  • Our CrossFit Basic Program only costs $9.17 per hour class ($119 per month) before any discounts, and includes a certified trainer at each class!
  • Your CrossFit savings:  $610 per month for an 84.7% discount
I’m out of shape, how do I know when I’m ready for CrossFit?

Do you wait until your feeling well to go to the doctor?  We know how to help you start your path to fitness, regardless of where you are today.  We all remember the insecurity of coming to a CrossFit gym the first time.   You’ll find a welcoming community ready to help you.
