CrossFit–Open to all levels of CrossFit athletes.
Bootcamp/Fundamentals–Designed to help you get up to speed for regular CrossFit classes. Perfect for beginners and anyone interested in improving fundamentals.
CrossFit Mamas–Fitness for Pre-, During, and Post-Pregancy for women of all ability levels.
Power Hour–Focus for an hour on powerlifting, Olympic lifts, and just living heavy stuff!
Advanced CrossFit–This is for the serious athlete interested in CrossFit and other types of competitions.  You should rarely be scaling workouts before joining this class!
