We have a triple threat today, THREE different baseline workouts we have used at CrossFit Mt Olympus.  All workouts are done as fast as possible from start to finish.

CrossFit WODs

Elite: Choose 3, rest 5 minutes between each
Intermediate:  Choose 2, rest 5 minutes between each
Beginner:  Choose 1

Original Baseline

  • 500m Row
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Sit-ups
  • 20 Push-ups
  • 10 Pull-ups

CrossFit Mt Oly Baseline

  • 500m Row
  • 35 Kettlebell Swings (35/53#)
  • 25 Wallball Shots (14/20#)
  • 15 Burpees
  • 5 Pull-ups

400m Sprint (400 meters is one lap around a track)
40 Air Squats

20 Push-ups
