10 minute Secret Service Snatch Test
With a 24kg kettlebell, do at least 200 snatches in 10 minutes to pass the Secret Service snatch test.
Alternate arms as needed.
5 rounds for time of:
10 m Walking Lunge
10 Push-ups Post total time.
Today’s mobility WOD fixes shoulder problems from carrying babies AND flexibility for olympic lifting. Functionality!

1 min Plank Hold

Today’s mission is to spend some time improving the most critical position in strength training and strength sports, the bottom position.
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Snatches 95 lbs
V-ups
Ring Rows
We have two pulling motions in today’s workout. Try setting up the snatch from the bottom today!
For Time:
Use the same bar/weights for the squats and snatches with a weight 50-70 of your max.

Finish back squats and weighted pull-ups
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 135 / F 75 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 165 / F 100 lbs)
Max Rep Snatch (M 210 / F 120 lbs)
This workout begins from the standing position.
The athlete will complete all reps at the first weight before advancing to the next weight.
Score is total reps completed in 10min
